The mechanics behind the magic.
The dev wallet can permanently stop new spins and recover all available jackpot ETH, operating reserves and creator-fee vault funds to the original dev wallet. The owner cannot restart a closed contract.
An accepted spin locks its entire quoted jackpot. Shutdown cannot take that prize, cancel a revealed result, or change the outcome. Earned ETH and token rewards remain reserved and claimable; unused prepaid credits remain withdrawable by their buyer. After a loss or an oracle-verified refund, any freed jackpot can be recovered by the dev wallet.
Refunds for unrevealed spins depend on the oracle invalidating the request. If the oracle cannot settle or invalidate it, that spin’s jackpot stays reserved. Fees already spent and funds in separate wallets are outside contract recovery.
